1/3 tsp | Salt |
2 tsp | Soy Sauce |
2 tsp | Oyster Sauce |
3 tbsp | Neutral Oil |

375 grams | Cooked Jasmine Rice |
1/2 Cup | Diced Onions |
1 cup | Diced Fresh Pineapple |
1/2 cup | Green Peas (frozen/fresh) |
1 each | Diced Roma Tomato |
For Serving | Pineapple Bowl (optional) |
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Prepare Jasmine rice first and set aside.
Combine curry powder, white pepper, salt, and stir to break up any chunks.
Combine soy sauce and oyster sauce in a small bowl.
In a wok or a deep skillet, heat the oil until hot. Sear the shrimps until slightly browned; flip and cook on the other side until done. Take the cooked shrimps off the pan.
Add more oil if needed, add in the eggs and scramble. Take it out of the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onions until fragrant and translucent. Then, add in the rice.
Add dry seasonings and the sauces. Toss the rice until well coated.
Toss in pineapple and allow the rice to sit to toast.Â
Turn off the heat, stir in green peas and tomatoes.Â
Serve on plate or pineapple bowl if you’re cooking to impress. Enjoy!
*Tip: If you like it spicy, add an extra teaspoon of curry powder to the dish to add an extra kick!
